It sounds like you have replaced the Controller and Touchpad Assembly, # LC717666 for your Solera Smart Arm 12V Power RV Awning, # LC517517 due to moisture issues but are still having problems with function. Please note the attached snippet and follow these actions in attempt to reset.
- Press touchpad extend button.
- Press touchpad retract button.
- Press touchpad light button.
- Press touchpad wind button.
- Hold touchpad unlock button for 10 seconds.

Thank you for the picture with the measurement of your current Lippert Ground Control right rear leg that measures 24-1/2 inches from top to bottom when retracted. Based on that the correct replacement is the part # LC344792 and not the one you referenced as that one is shorter by 2 inches. There isn't a way to test the solenoids but if you checked all of the wiring connections already and there is still the error code you mentioned then it is time to replace the jack with the # LC344792 . view full answer...
